We believe design before building is crucial. We start with an initial phone consultation to ensure we’re a good fit. Next is a detailed site visit to discuss your project, design direction, and budget. We then create a Letter of Agreement for Design, which includes 3D modeling, preliminary budget, floor plans, and fixture selections. Once design is complete, we develop a Formal Proposal and Construction Contract. Pre-construction involves finalizing drawings and permits, and construction includes daily communication and quality control site visits.
