Jeff bridges the gap between planning and execution. With more than a decade of experience in remodeling and plumbing, along with strong technical skills in CAD estimating, he ensures every job is mapped out clearly and built with precision. Brittany has an exceptional eye for design and finish selections. She helps clients navigate colors, materials, and layouts with confidence and care. Beyond design, she manages many of the internal details that keep projects and communication moving. Jeff is the heart of Aslan Design & Build. With more than 40 years of experience, he brings seasoned design insight, calm leadership, and a deep understanding of how homes should function for families. Ryan keeps the business running smoothly from start to finish. With a strong background in systems, project management, and design, he ensures that projects stay on track and communication stays clear. As a Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer, he brings structure to complex builds while helping clients feel confident in every decision. What Ryan brings: Operational leadership, design precision, and a commitment to consistent client experience.
Nate brings steadiness and thoughtful coordination to the team. With a background in finish carpentry, logistics, and scheduling, he helps manage timelines, materials, and trade partners with a calm, solutions-focused mindset. What Nate brings: Structure, reliability, and a client-focused approach that keeps projects moving without surprises.
Jeff began his career in the 1970s working in upholstery and custom window treatments. Over time, he discovered a passion for home design and started Aslan Interiors in 1985. His work quickly expanded to include kitchens, additions, bathrooms, and full home renovations.
As the business grew, Jeff’s wife Susan became a steady and vital presence, helping manage bookkeeping and operational needs behind the scenes. His daughter Brittany grew up in the business, studied design, and now her expertise guides many of our projects’ design direction.
In 2017, Jeff’s son-in-law Ryan joined the company to support operations and help lead it into its next chapter.
In 2021, the company rebranded as Aslan Design & Build. Today, we remain a family-driven company with deep roots, strong systems, and a clear mission to design and remodel homes with care and integrity from the inside out.
